MCS Board meetings are the first Tuesday of every month at 6 p.m.

*DATE AND TIME SUBJECT TO CHANGE*

• To be added to the agenda, you must submit a written request 7 days prior to the board meeting.
• At the meeting, you may only address the Chairman of the Board unless you are given permission to address another member.
• You may only address items on the agenda.
• You are allowed 3 minutes to address the board. More time may be allotted at the discretion of the Chairman.
