What are the duties of a Master teacher?

As a Master teacher, you will handle critical TAP responsibilities including working closely with mentor and classroom teachers and leading weekly learning experiences called cluster. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop a school academic achievement plan. You will work with mentor teachers and your principal for effective teacher evaluations that will help improve teachers and positively benefit the students.
