Central Elementary School was one of the top schools to win $25,000 in the TVA Schools Uplift Grant!
The CES Energy Team is made up of 13 third graders that were thrilled to learn that they won the BIG prize! They have worked hard all year teaching fellow students, families, and teachers how to save energy by doing small things. They plan on spending the money on a greenhouse, leveled books, and other things to support their school.
Thank you to TVA for allowing CES to participate in this amazing opportunity that helped us learn how we could save energy but also earn money.
