INVITATION TO BID

Morgan County Schools is accepting bids for the following:

Property , Liability, Student Accident and Workers Compensation Insurance Coverage Effective Date of 7/1/2025

136 Flat Fork Road Wartburg, TN 378873

Bid packets can be picked up at Morgan County Schools, 136 Flat Fork Road Wartburg, TN 37887 starting April 14, 2025  Bid packets may also be requested by e-mailing Tammy Davis [email protected] or James Pemberton [email protected]   the bid packet outlines the scope of insurance coverage and services required as well as information regarding the format and the opening of the proposal.

Proposals must be in writing and must be received by April 28, 2025, 10am Eastern Time.  Please return bid packets to the attention of Tammy Davis.

 Bid opening will be Monday April 28, 2025 at 10 a.m. Eastern Time at the Morgan County Schools Central Office, 136 Flat Road Wartburg, TN.  All questions and correspondence should be directed to James Pemberton, Director of Schools, phone number is 423-346-6214.  Morgan County Schools reserves the right to reject any and all bids. 

Produce Bid

East TN Buying Group 6 School system: Morgan, Roane, Scott County, Sweetwater & Oneida City Schools are receiving bids for 2025-2026 school year for Produce. Bid can be requested by contacting Peggy Hamby [email protected] or 423-215-4525.

All bids must be received by Tuesday, April 22, 2025, 10:00 AM Eastern Time.

Dish Machine- Oakdale Cafeteria Bid

Morgan County Schools are receiving bids for a dish machine for Oakdale School Cafeteria Bid can be requested by contacting Peggy Hamby [email protected] or 423-215-4525.

All bids must be received by Tuesday, April 29, 2025, 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
